Trying it out, and stuck
Setup trouble, an import that will not map, patron phones that cannot find the library. Tell us what you did and what happened.
support@bookleaf.siteBuying for a school or division
Quotations, invoices and official receipts for ₱1,499 licences, and pricing for several libraries at once.
hello@bookleaf.siteMigrating from something else
Moving off a spreadsheet, an old system, or paper. Send us a sample of what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it will import cleanly.
hello@bookleaf.siteA security issue
Please email rather than posting publicly, so libraries running Bookleaf get a fix first. See the security page for what we already know about.
support@bookleaf.siteBefore you write about a problem
Two things make an answer much faster: what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots of the actual error beat a description of it. If it is an import problem, a few sample rows from your file is usually the whole diagnosis.
The documentation covers installation, importing, loan policy, backups and the usual network problems — it is worth a look first, and it is free either way.
